RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships from our warehouse. To ensure a successful cancellation, please contact our Support Team at support@espritfit.com.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. Please note that gift cards and bodywear are excluded from returns. Each order is eligible for a maximum of 5 returned items..

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated customs duties. Please be aware that we are unable to provide return labels at this time, and any customs duties paid upon return parcel delivery will be deducted from the final refund.

To initiate a return, please use the 'Start a return' button below. Refunds will be processed once the returned products are received at the designated address provided via email after the return request is approved. Please do not send products back to the address on the shipping label received with the parcel.

Ensure that you ship the return parcel within 14 days after your return request is approved. Once shipped, please email us the tracking number at support@espritfit.com. Please note that ESPRITFIT is not liable for any lost returns.

Include a note inside the package with your order number and reasons for the return. 

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Please allow up to 10 days for refund processing once the package is marked as delivered. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been issued.

Refunds

Refunds for purchases made with debit or credit cards (including pre-paid gift cards) and PayPal will be credited back to the original payment method. If you used an EspritFit Gift Card, you will receive a separate E-Gift Card for the refunded amount.

Returns initiated on espritfit.com may take 1-2 weeks to process, depending on when the return is received. Please ensure you select the correct item(s) for return to avoid refund delays. Consider your financial institution’s return processing timelines before contacting us about refund concerns.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return, and your new order will qualify for free standard shipping.
